Great local restaurant with various menu items, like burgers and fries, poutine, as well as seafood dishes. However, the service can be quite slow on busy days. On our last visit (on Father's Day), we waited over an hour for our order. Would still recommend despite the slow service because the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

On the way home from Miscou Island Lighthouse, we stopped at this place for supper but the place was full, so we decided to order take-out. It takes a while to wait for our order but it's all worth the wait. My family loves the boiled dinner and we are never disappointed. It was delicious! Nothing like a home-cooked meal from the best restaurant. Also, we're tourists in the area. Thank you.

I had the escargot. It lacked a nice garlic butter sauce to dip the bread in(didn't come with bread). I've had better. They ran out of Ceasar salad. I've eaten here in the past and had my first seafood pizza. It was delicious!

The parking lot was full both times we passed it so thought it must be good. The wait staff were very attentive and food was served quickly. The eggs Benedict were served with choice of coffee or tea and several options were available. The seafood, Brie and mushrooms, and traditional with ham were all delicious. Served with a side of crisp seasoned potatoes and a fresh salad.

Wow! Carol and I moved to Grande-Anse last fall, so we're just getting around to some of the local eateries. Last night, it was Resto Chez Isa's turn! Being predominantly English speakers, we were a little apprehensive at first, but we were greeted warmly in English and French and felt more than welcome. We had arranged a reservation and were seated quickly. We ordered a couple of bevvies, an onion rings appy, and a Cod Filet with fries for me (Mike) and Seafood Lasagna for Carol. Our drinks arrived, followed shortly thereafter by our onion rings (hot & delish!). We finished mowing through our appy just as the main courses arrived. The cod was a large fillet, lightly breaded and cooked to perfection - the white meat flaking easily with a fork! Carol couldn't believe how much fresh seafood was in her lasagna! We couldn't finish either meal but supplied boxes made easy work of packing the leftovers home. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chez Isa and promised ourselves a return trip in the near future! We highly recommend this place for its warm and inviting atmosphere and really delicious pub-style food.
